so my status right now is redbulled out, not drunk though, listening to mirwais - disco science an awesome trancy track from the movie snatch (scene in slow motion of dogs chasing hare/2 guys chasing fat black guy)
so basically im loving this song its fantastic, you know what the thing about redbull is it takes your overall energy ditribution for the next 2 hours and gives it all to you in about 45minutes. the next hour and 15 you feel dead. esspecially with no nutrients i felt like i was gona pass out 10 min ago but i just had some penut butter and crackers and water now im tip top
one of those days where you want to get to bed at midnight but you have like 17 second winds and just dont end up going to sleep basically because you’ve got too much stuff on your mind to really want to turn everything off for 8 hours and leave it for the next day
speaking of which its a sick sick cycle because i keep getting rings under my eyes going to bed later and later in turn getting up later and later in turn going to bed later and later you get the point.
and as we all know or should all now the later you go to sleep the more sleep you need for it to still have the same effect and pretty much any slepey ou get after 10am is entirely useless unless you are very very weathered to that sort of thing so basically we’re looking at 5hours total sleep for me and about 1hour to fall intoa deep sleep and another hour before you wake up for the first time where you’ kinda waking up thast my theory so basically like 3 GOOD hours of sleep and i say you need at least 6 hours of GOOD GOOD deep sleep to feel totally rested.
What do you guys think about that whole sleep shit
waht do you use to get rings out from under your eyes too that shit pisses me off esspecially being such a white boy
mmm yea i think thats about all i have to rant aobut right now really, otehr than i want to go racing really badly. weird how just being really tired and really hungry can feel exactly like b eing drunk
