hey man? how many miles a year do you drive your car? if its under X amount of miles you will be exempt from the emisions test, i’m not sure of the exact miles but i have a customer in washington that i built a 4.6 dohc for and he only drives it like 4k a year and he is exempt, he has a custom side exhaust that i built…
under 5k gets you an exempt sticker tim
