$40.00 PS3

if i would of actually had to look up my credit card and stuff i wouldnt of done it since im lazy, but i forgot i have an amazon account so it took about 13seconds lol

just ordered 3 lets see what happens…

LOL this is funny. It clearly states PS3. I wonder what they are going to do for everyone. There are people on other forums chatting as well so I can’t imagine how many orders have been placed.

I ordered one I don’t want to be stuck with three playstation move controllers lol.

I once ordered 2 tb nas systems from dell for $20 a piece and they just told me it was a mistake and canceled my order.

That would suck. I don’t even have a playstation. lol

hahaha I ordered one as well. Figure if i get a ps3 then neat I have never owned(swear on my life) a video game thingy before. If I get a movie controller deal I will give it to my brother.

I have never even played one! A PS3 that is. I remember playing GT on a friends PS2 when I was younger haha. Was deff fun.

Taking advantage of this is super WT

I agree. I didn’t want to do it. But i convinced myself if I buy one and intend to use it then it is ok. hahahahahaha

I’m gonna order one and if I get it, I’m going to donate it to charity. Ha!

Well the link is dead. The playstation is still in the “Your Orders” section, with the same price, but if you click it it goes to the “We’re sorry. The Web address you entered is not a functioning page on our site” page. Not looking so good now lol

If it’s a miss-print on their website they don’t have to honor it guys.

^and it’s interest free for them to borrow all your money while they try to correct the link.

They do not bill unless they ship so there is no loan or any harm in trying to get a deal out of corporate America.

i think they just met there quota on ps3 move controllers for the month. quite the marketing strategy

Target should track down the guy in Canada that knocked over two truck loads of these, make a deal with him and voila everyone wins.

amazon works like ebay. sellers get paid before anything ships out, they can decide to ship out or refund it but the money is already in their account.

I am glad that you have no idea what you are talking about. Continue on that road bud.

Incorrect.

well learn something new everyday, dont really sell on amazon.

amazon policy-
“After a sale occurs and you have sent Amazon confirmation that the order has been shipped, Amazon processes the payment from the buyer and credits your net proceeds from the sale to your Marketplace Payments account. Keep in mind that refunds to buyers, selling fees, and other transactions are debited against amounts credited to your account from sales.”

So there is a reason why Amazon has not yet sent out cancellations for the orders from their site, and it’s contained within their legal disclaimers and terms of conditions for sellers, as follows:

  1. Your Transactions

    a. For sales where a Seller lists goods at a fixed price (“fixed price sales”), the Seller is obligated to sell the goods at the listed price to Buyers who meet the Seller’s terms. By listing an item in a fixed price sale, you represent and warrant to prospective Buyers that you have the right and ability to sell, and that the listing is accurate, current, and complete and is not misleading or otherwise deceptive.

    b. For fixed price sales, Seller will determine the purchase price for each item he or she lists on the Site via and subject to Amazon.com’s standard functionality for listing the purchase price, provided that Seller must abide by the same procedures and guidelines contained in the Help section with respect to pricing.

  2. Your Obligation. By entering into this Participation Agreement and posting a listing for fixed price sale, you agree to complete the transaction as described by this Participation Agreement. You acknowledge that by not fulfilling these obligations, your action or inaction may be legally actionable.

They may choose to hold target accountable for their pricing error, since the description was completely accurate to that of a playstayion 3 console and since it was not corrected in anything remotely close to a timely manner. They may do this simply to maintain credibility with their customers and to look like the “good guy” in the situation. Could be a pretty interesting battle.

Although they could still just cancel the orders. lol.

A bunch of good info here anyway.
