Looking for a 64-68 mustang coupe i want a project car/alredy restored for the summer. my buget is $5000. thanks ryan
i might have one for you. ill get back to you.
What exactly are you looking for, coupe, vert, fastback, and why no 1970?
i know a guy trying to get rid of a 69 fastback i think. it needs a lot of work. its pretty much just the shell
Fastbacks will always cost a lot more.
70’s are pretty ugly, 69 is hot though.
I want to build a 69 with an ls1 so bad.
I know where there is a 69 GT here in h-town for $1500 complete needs work though.
if this were a week ago i would have one for ya…my neighbor just sold his 65 that he restored
What? 1970 models are almost the exact same as a '69 except with 2 lamps instead of four and the fender scoop delete. And '69 GTs are pretty rare, only @ 5K of them made…
$4K can either get you a pretty decent running '65-'68 coupe, a beat-to-hell vert, or a fastback shell. '69-'70 cars are the least expensive fastbacks (‘sportsroofs’) available now, unless it was something like a Mach.
I have a ROUGH 1969 shell with title. Was originally a 302 2valve motor. Coupe all the body and glass are there. PM me if interested
i have a question is a 1968 mustang coupe with a 289 auto. new carb. that has around 70000 miles. that was restored and does not need one thing for $5500 a good deal?
Knowing only those details…I would say yes.
bump
Yeah, that would be a decent price on a '68 coupe. How does the underside look - frame rails, toe boards, and cowl?
still lookin. bump

PM me ill give you his number … check it out and offer him 5 … maybe he might take … cant hurt to look and ask
