no hate, only jokes, or inside jokes. noone is against anyone at this meet or on that forum.
yeamabu, let me explain something to you
-
You posted a bunch of pictures of random ppl. Nobody on here has ANY idea who those people are, so on THIS forum, I would not bother posting them. The originating forum from the meet would appreciate them more, naturally. EDIT: your ENTIRE first post had NOTHING automotive-related in it. Just people and a few random objects.

We cannot make out the pics of the cars. It would be better if you did more of a mix of funky angles and regular straight pics. some of those cars look nice, but I can hardly tell what I am looking at. Did you guys do any cruising or anything? Some moving shots would probably spice things up a bit.
it started raining around 3 or 4 and we were set to do the photoshoot part of the meet at like 6 or so, but we noticed it was getting shitty, we got everyone together, got to where we were going to take the pictures, and it start drizzling. so i had to rush around and get all the pictures i could. i posted all the people pictures to give you an idea of the day and night of what we had going on and how everyone that went were nothing but jokers. fun people to be around, no one was stuck up or anything like that, everyone got along well.
You’re a nice kid, so I’ll try to help you understand:
-
Nobody gives a fuck about pictures of people they don’t know. Hence people are turned off by what you are presenting at the very first post.
-
Artistic angled shots are great for when the picture is the subject. But when the the thing in the picture is the subject then artistic effects are just distracting.
-
Put effort in. This is written communication and some of your posts are hard to read. If its not worth saying clearly then it’s not worth listening to…
-
Put effort in. Don’t double post pictures we’ve already seen and say oh well it’s not worth fixing for you. That says that you don’t care about presenting to us, so we don’t care either.
In summary, don’t take us to a mountain of shit and say “There’s a horse in there somewhere isn’t it nice?”
You get what you put in.
i understand what your saying fry, like i said, i tried to get people to go to the meet, just showing what we did more or less, but as for the pictures part, i guess i didnt say it clearly, i wanted to edit them and get all the reposts of pictures off, but im having a hard time just posting in general, then going back and editing the pictures and resubmitting them, it freezes my computer at work, they are very very shitty computers/servers. so thats why i couldnt edit and remove any i mistakenly added, due to photobucket not copying a link for me and reposting the same. i didnt notice.
but thanks for all the heads up, will work on some things.
Go smoke a blunt it will ease your mind.:burnin:
Wow I didn’t know so many people modded these cars, I’ve never seen one on the street anyway… Some clean rides :tup:
If they spec these to race, then why not consider it a sports car
Hahaha @ Audi a4, sports car? NO. Trailblazer SS, whats that? Sport SUV? NO. G8 has a BA motor in it, sports car? eh…
Wikipedia says it best:
The term describes a class of automobile with two seats, two doors, precise handling, brisk acceleration, and sharp braking — trading practical considerations such as passenger space, comfort, and cargo capacity — for driving enjoyment.
There are plenty of SPORTY cars out there. But, by most people’s definition, aren’t considered true “sports cars”.
They race/raced a4’s directly against the m6 so his argument that a m6 is sporty because they raced it applies to the a4 as well. It really means nothing because they make race cars out of pretty much anything, I mean is a new beetle sporty because there is a race car version?
who said sports cars, i said sports sedan.
A sports sedan or a sports saloon is a descriptive term applied to a sedan automobile that is designed to look and feel “sporty”, offering the motorist more connection with the driving experience, while providing the comfort and anemities expected of a luxury sedan. Most vehicles in this category overlap with the compact executive car and executive car classifications.
I swear I saw a commercial yesterday for the new Nissan Maxima that said “Four Door Sports Car”
When I had an '04 Mazda 6 it was also advertised as a 4 door sports car.
It’s not Yeamabu or myself that are saying it but rather Mazda and Nissan. Who am I to argue when they are classifying their own vehicles? Sure, it makes no sense… but nobody can deny either car is sporty. I would never say “Hey, check out my sports car” and point to my MS6. Sure, it has “SPEED” written in the name of the car, but I’d just say “car.” To me, I’ll classify it as a sports sedan, if anything.
so why has noone come back with anything about it not being a sports sedan? am i missing something. lol
all these people saying, its not a sports “car” well no shit! lol
I agree it’s a sport sedan. The speed6 more-so than the mazda 6. Is the mazda 6 quick at all?
Mazda6 = Family Sedan
Mazdaspeed6 = “Quicker” Family Sedan
Neither = Sport Sedan
how about we agree with “sporty sedan”
I’ve had both a normal V-6 Mazda 6 as well as the MS6. They’re both pretty quick. Not Porsche or Ferrari quick, but they are definitely decently powered.
Even the four cylinder normal 6 moved quick.
I autocrossed my 3,300 lb. '04 V-6 6 and it was competitive in it’s stock class. I even took a 1st place against a GTI and some other comparible vehicles. It handles and performs very nicely.
The MS6 is even better as they put in fully upgraded suspension and chassis hardening supports, bigger brakes, more power (duh) and AWD. It’s not a competitor against an EVO or STI, but it wasn’t made to be. It was made to compete against the Legacy GT and that class of cars.
I wouldn’t have bought the MS6 if I hated the normal 6. They’re both stylish, and nice to drive. I wish they still made the MS6, I’d love to see it in the new style of mazda6. It would have looked even sportier I’d imagine.
nice pics man , would like to see some better mods, than white painted dash… and red calipers
that painted interior fucking blows.
