I only have one thing to bitch about for the whole event… why did we bother having numbers on the cars if they wernt on the time slip? I got the wrong slip quite a few times.
agreed! my fastest time of the day i didnt even get the right slip.
yea they gave me someone elses 11.8 time slip and they got me all excited then i found out i only ran a 12.2 or somethin like that

I need to get a comp tester and check some things out i think the motors hurt. There is no reason for it being so slow other than something being wrong internally.
That’s one thing I’m going to address next year. The numbers were basically just so they knew who paid/teched in. They didn’t have enough people working to have someone sit in the tower and put the numbers into the system.
If anyone has any other comments on yesterday let me know. Been doing it for a few years and I think it gets better every year but with it getting bigger I’m sure there are issues I’m not seeing.
Yea the boards were gay but was a great time with everyone getting a ton of runs in except emery and shrek… Thanks for the heads up again TERRY was alot of fun!!!
only thing that was a problem in my eyes was the timeslip issue. i love coming to this, definitely worth the extra $$. its great doing a pass, and going right again if you want. i did 3 passes in a matter of 10 minutes at one point :lol:

Ah gotchya, you have the tein s springs though right? Most of my 60’ has to do with the front tires actually hooking up now. pre quaiffe front diff i couldn’t cut better than a 1.78. What rpm are you launching at?

That’s what it is… my 2 step is 5500 and probably still too high. When I don’t sit on the 2step I can cut a low 1.5x but this then throws me off on my 1-2 shift for whatever reason. I just never adjusted it lower yet. Anyhigher than 5500 is what causes the same exact issues you have.
ill have to give that a whirl, ive never tried it with it that low. im sure these s-techs arent helping as well lol
