when one of the owners goes off on a tangent in an email to you about “badmouthing” his company because he messed up and looked at the wrong username on an internet forum (wish i still had that email) you’d probably feel the same way

customer service is more important to me than how many launches their trannies can take, i almost got TRE to do mine but i decided on shep after that incident and i dont’ regret it.
