Ur the seconnd or 3rd person that had that trouble with the fuel rails,we never do,did u have the correct O’rings?
Stock O-rings? I even replaced the stock O-rings. I didn’t even find any thicker o-rings for LS2s.
I do believe they make thicker o-rings for LS2s.I’m sure we use them
Well right, the o-rings for ls2’s are bigger than ls1s. I looked for o-rings thicker than ls2’s and couldnt find any.
I used the stock o-rings from the LS2 engine, then replaced them all with brand new LS2 o-rings after the first failure.

Yeah man no kidding! It was ugly with the amount of fuel that got everywhere when the pump was on for like 30 seconds. I can’t imagine if it happend while i was actually on the road… almost certain fire!
Not telling you what to do or anything, but i’d be hesitant to use them on any car going forward. The stock fuel rails atleast have clips to prevent them from moving around.
Most aftermarket fuel rails dont have clips,my elderbrock ones dont!

hopefully you have good luck with the TC turbos. in the past 18 months their are numberous failures reported with their turbos. seems as the manufactor had a change in management and quailty went downhill. Ive gathered that info from Perfromance trucks, ls1truck, the turbo forums, and ls1tech.
