The heater core in my Step-dad’s '93 S-10 (reg. cab 2.5L) decided to start puking over the summer. At the time he decided to just clamp it off… now, obviously, it’s cold outside. Problem is he cannot defrost the windows in his little cab.
This is a fairly common problem for these trucks (S-pickups & Blazers/Jimmys)… anyone around here know how to replace the core?
Anyone willing to do it for $100 & a 12 pack?
All help is appreciated, and the sooner the better - the weather around here changes it’s mind every ten minutes.
