woohoo! i drove my car for a good 13 miles before i hit 15 psi. no smoke nothing. just the timing is off. i had a new clutch so i didn’t like floor it or anything. i just accel’d then decel’d and aceel’d and decel’d again at all different rpm’s.

Nice find but man you could have spent a LONG ass time to find that. Who woulda thought?
We just kept narrowing down the cause and we were sitting there and noticed the cam timing marks and I suggested he check the timing. He compared his old heads to the new and realized it was reversed.
We need pics and now that shes running they won’t have to be in your drive way :tong

Yea the tranny needs to be replaced but he found one in ct along with a transfercase
