Another big update.
Installed all-aluminum 55mm radiator with alum. shroud and slim fans wired in parallel:
Beginning of turbo install:
Deleted AC and PS bracket and pulley, removed EGR.
Look at all the weight savings!
Coolant rerouting to clear charge pipes.
Turbo on! Sorry, no progress pics. It did take me two days.
I am looking for a louder BOV. Any suggestions?

Cast tubular manifold, tial 38mm wg, garret GT2860RS, 3" downpipe, all with baller v-bands:

Currently at 10.5-11.5 PSI. Similar setups dynoed for 250whp.
