98 Taurus wheel bearing: Pressed in or bolted in?

so that’s the question, which is it?

not 100% sure but i believe pressed, only bearings ive ever done that were nciely bolted in were on an ecotech cavy and sunfire, got a pic of the bearing? if it has slots for bolts it might just be bolted in which is fucking easy =)

I did a pre ecotec sunfire and an alero, both easy bolt in setups.

I could check it out but I figured I would ask because if it is pressed in I will just take it right to my mechanic.

I should just google it, haha.

sold in a hub so i would say “bolted”

Looks like it’s pressed

I’m gonna agree with 4door

looks to be bolted in.

edit: I keep reading, and I’m confused. I keep reading what seems to be conflicting info, but I’m no Ford guy.

Someone else chime in.
