…for helping with my Dell laptop issues. There were others who gave some input, but he was the one to point out a major issue with my machine (he works for Dell & he was able to look at my original build in Dell’s system). Not enough memory. I upgraded to 1 gig of RAM & it seems to run alot better. I had it in my mind that I purchased it with 512mb RAM & never even looked to see that it only had 256mb. I’m here to tell ya that XP don’t run well with 256mb RAM.
