If that is Walter Kohls in Lockport at the top of Clinton St hill, do yourself a favor and stay out. That building is falling down, a friend was almost killed in it. The cops patrol that on a regular basis. Everyone tries to steal shit from there, everyone knows what’s in there and many get arrested on a weekly basis trying to.
