they already dont pay taxes on the reservations… they sell things fairly cheaper too… when we went up to yellowstone and glacier park everyone bought shit off of reservations cause they didnt have to pay tax on it

tax havens are abundant the world over. Delaware is the same way, they have lenient tax laws such that thousands of US corporations base thier HQ out of Delaware simply for tax purposes even though teh physical HQ is not in Delaware…
i read some super interesting stuff about Lichtenstein in Europe and how they have 2 corporations for every 1 citizen and how the tax revenue generated in just 30 years has queitly made the Prince one of the wealthiest and most influential men in Europe.
