Yea but the return on investment wasn’t even close to most other industries. Regulation be the .Gov never helps anything, its just more feel good shit that in the end, always bites us in the ass.
This bill, even if enacted, would only apply during declared times of energy crises.
uuugh! i wish i could remember what that commission was… there was a federal commission in '02 that would do this… but bush nixxed the department…
