anyways theres no frame damage but i do need a complete front end rad support, rebar and rad it self then paint
i will let you guys no what i am going to do with the car if it is a right off i had some brand new parts on there and i just did the 5spd swap about 4 weeks ago and replaced some parts with oem nissan…
parts such as
i just installed the b&m shortshifter 1 day before it was hit .
ss clutch lines, brand new trim piece with boot, crossmember
Best thing to hope for is that it is a write off… If I’m not wrong, you can buy back the car from the insurance company for about $150! Since there is no frame damage, spend $3000 and fix it (wouldnt u like a S14.5?!!)
Obviously, you’re gonna get like $5000 for the from the insurance. So you would still be left with a chunk of cash. Just out of a 240 for a little while.
fak Albert that sux bro. if your ride is in good shape and very clean (which i thought it was) you can get alot of coin for your ride if the adjuster is fair. I got $12500 + taxes for mine a couple years ago cause it was very clean and the guy said in excellent shape, even though it was pretty much a bone stock SE. i bought it back, which cost me the taxes of the car (i was supposed to get $1500 in taxes, so $14000 total, but i bought the car back).
i paid $6500 for the ride in 2002, so i fixed the ride and with the spoare cash i bought my old suspension and some other goodies.
if u don’t like the adjusters offer, then don’t take it. after a month, they will give u top dollar.
good luck man, I say keep it if u only bent the rad support, a new one can easily be welded on and i can give u a shop that worked on my car and will give u a good price.
man that really sucks, such a clean zenki. but it really dosnt look like that much damage, soem new panels and grab that front clip varun offered you and swap in that core support. glad ur okay though
