I ended up taking my cylinder head to Ace Speciality in Tonawanda to have one of the camshaft holder bolts removed, since it had snapped in there. I didn’t want to risk ruining the head trying to ez-out it or heli-coil it (since I’ve never done that). I was told to take the head there since they have an EDM machine and that’s what it would take to have it removed. It took a week for them to get my stuff done (since they were backed up on the EDM), but I’ll be damned. They got it all out and the stock bolt goes right in and what not no problem. :tup: I didnt pay a bad price either to have the snapped bolt removed. I’m very pleased with their service and price …
yeah, you were the one that told me to get it edm’d out or either just junk the head when i stopped in with focusinprogress. it was cheaper to get it fixed …
