I’ve now started using Grok weekly.
I prompted it for a proposal after an intro call and it did a 80% job that i had to go back and edit but it definitely saved me a lot of time.
In biz dev you probably only close 10-20% of leads anyways so reducing the time each one takes helps a lot.

I’m renting to my dads best friends daughter and allegedly she said she will pay for it and I said I’d pay for the vent to street clearing of some tree roots.
Plumber broke the tip of his snake under the house and it took another 4 hours this morning to allegedly get it cleared out.
All because I did not specifically say not to flush tampons. And, she’s only been in there for 2 weeks.

The website asks questions about things i like and phrases/ sayings i use.
Ie drive fast, take chances.
Its maybe 20 - 30 questions, then it generates a book shit talking you automatically.
You get to work on cover art too i guess.
$35 and a few weeks later a book shows up.
I am having a hard time reading it because it thinks i collect desirable cars, vs never letting go of cars that are now rot boxes.
