ok so i just got a new laptop brand new from best buy came with vista premium blah blah blah
but when i use aim after im dont use it for a minute, ill go back to use it and it says not responding and i cant see ims that people send me. anyone else have this problem? or am i fux0red?
Which version did you put on it? I never had a problem with it ever and I was using an old version
Use Pidgin instead? 
the aim software is gross, and plus it forces you to use AIM. Whenever I think AIM I have horrible memories of “a/s/l” IMs from random people back in the day.
Pidgin supports aim but also google talk, msn, yahoo, jabber, whatever
coolio im having this same problem on my xp version. i think its a bug in the new version of aim. i just uninstalled and reinstalled and the problem went away. ill prob be over tonight to kick your ass in madden again anyways so ill look at it if you want. lol
