I have heard people talk about shooting there. Is it open to the public, or is it a “just don’t get caught” sort of thing? And how do I get there?
I believe its a “dont get caught” kind of place. If my memory serves me right, it is part of the Indian reservation, or part of it is on the res…something like that?? I havent been out there in quite a while, and I dont remember exactly how to get there. sorry im not much help.
it’s near Medina Jim…it’s way out there and there is alot of signs that say not to hurt the wildlife so I’d be careful. If you get caught you are talking about major fines.
Its legal to shoot there, I dont remember how to get there, but I have been there before shooting clay
it definatly legal to shoot there. infact there are shooting lanes setup with mounds of dirt for you to setup targets on and shoot your lead into. you see kids out there all the time plinking with their assault weapons or hunters sighting in their long guns or shooting clay. i couldnt tell you how to get there off the top of my head, but ive shot there before. just make sure you stay on the state land and off the tonawanda indian reservation. and make sure you clean up your mess.
I have shot there, it is legal, I think the boyscouts clean up after people get done shooting. It is a good time
haha so thats how they earn their badges (purple hearts) jk
