I am coming to the end of my contract with my current employer and I decided to leave and take a job in Westchester County. I have some family in Scotia but that’s about it. I got a feeling my life in NY is coming to an end. Not sure when but I got a feeling.

Job change? It was her idea. Honestly, she is never wrong. The new company is publically traded and she looked at the #s and the offer package and it was a done deal after we talked about it.
I hate job changes. The interview process is always stressful and it’s frustrating. I liked the place from the beginning and the offer package included a sign on that I didn’t even ask for. They KNEW I would take the job if offered with requested salary/benefits. So, they took care of me. Great feeling.
The only thing that scares me is if the company goes under but they are growing even this year. But, it’s always a risk. The #s at a few places I work for are horrid.
Um… You live in NYC. You havent been in Albany for quite some time. Missing something?
I have SEVERAL clients in Albany as I have never technically worked for anyone in NYC. I would come up there every month or so for various shit. That is going to end come 1st week of Jan.
