Is this like a demo-derby kinda shit where cholo’s are bouncing off eachother the whole race?

Not if they know how to drive. There will be some knuckleheads yes, but with $1500 on the line, there will also be some talented ice driving on display as well.

Nice man! Would be cool to do this for sure, although I dont see it being in the budget :frowning:

Id love to do this race.

if i get a car im doing it since i didnt make the last one… but i just sold the enduro car that i was gunna build

can you be belligerently drunk?

there was a guy still hammered last year that they let run…but hurt himself i guess

LOL

Did you see if we can run snows yet?

I would like to enter myself .

Name: Ryan Kramer
Car : 1988 toyota MR2

Didn’t know MR2s were front wheel drive BOB.

:lol

I plan to drive in reverse the entire time, You thought drifting was technical… This is like trying to fit your dick in a soda can without cutting it, attention to detail is a must.

more power to you bro :rofl:rofl

Of course we can run snows. Any unstudded tire will do. Who knows, maybe there won’t be any snow this year on the ground on 1/1/11.

This race is a blast. What a great way to spend New Year’s Day!

What kind of car was it?

A dumpy Saturn SL

Looks like it’ll be a B14 - B13 battle, Neil backed out. I just need to find some 13" sipes.

It pays to check the CVRA site often because I just noticed this news update on the antifreeze rule:

12/22/10: NOTE: Antifreeze Rule Change for Hangover 100 ONLY:

The use of antifreeze will be allowed only if the overflow tube of the radiator is
removed from the stock location ( that being the overflow bottle).
Overflow tube must be one piece and run from car’s radiator to the lower
left hand corner of the car’s front windshield. Overflow tube must be securely
fastened by clamp on the radiator the end of hose. Must be securely mounted so that
the end of the tube is pointed upwards towards the roof of the car.
Please note that any cars overheating will be removed from speedway.

I’m glad to see the change as I was worried that car count might suffer because of the hassle of having to run water only.

OK, who else is in? Eric and I will both be in Nissan’s. Should be interesting!

Pretty easy if you’re Ryan kramer
