motherfucking dawt
[quote=“Afrank45,post:39,topic:35525"”]
:wtf: does this have to do with anything in this thread is this just you looking for love for basically jumping someone???
Im not arguing with that. The point is if they made a law that says (no jogging suits with gold chains, no frosted tips, no turbans, etc) that is racism any way you twist it but apparently to some people racism is funny… I guess im just a crazed minority who finds this law a bit offensive IDK

Holy fucking shit!!!
“Hi I’m Afrank45 and I think everything ever done on the entire earth is just a ploy to promote racism.”
I can’t stand people who spin everything that happens into a race issue. It only makes things worse not better!! Maybe the people enacting these fines just want the youth of America to stop looking like fucking assholes.
I’m not saying a agree with regulating what people wear but I really don’t want to hear that it is a race issue.
I can see two sides to this.
Side A, I hate the idea of legislating style. Like Joe said, it’s a slippery slope.
Side B, ghetto culture and ghetto parents refuse to step up and PARENT, so it may come to the government having to step in. I’d love to see statistics showing how many people who walk around with that much of their underwear showing graduate high school, have a clean criminal record, and are just generally productive members of society.
Personally, I’d rather see them legislate ghetto culture somewhere more visible. Maybe start holding parents criminally responsible for their child’s action until they’re 18. Your 16 year old gets caught with an illegal weapon, or selling drugs, and not only do they go to jail but so do you. You might see a lot more parents get involved with their kids education then, and the ghetto mentality of education being lame would disappear. Once that happens, no one would want to dress like that.
I’d rather see government assistance eligibility & aid levels for families be dependent upon scholastic performance of the children.
An actual educational experience will go along way towards correcting social ignorance.

you sir are a got damn genius…
Q: who are the main wearers of these baggy pants?
A: young african american males…yes other people do wear baggy pants but 90% of those wearers are black
like i said earlier if it was about cleaning up america goth/emo clothing would be included in this law now wouldnt it? Or any other type of dress that is found offensive or distracting like uggs or crocs or girls just dressing like sluts.
The fact of the matter is if something walks like a duck and talks like a duck it isnt a fucking bluejay
But i know you know me and you know what im about so you can make a statement like that.

I’d definitely support that too. But I still think there has to be a punishment side as well.

Yep, that’s what I’m getting at. You get stupid stuff like this being proposed as laws because legislatures are getting bombarded by voters who are fed up with ghetto trash. It’s starting to happen here locally even. When a 16 year old gets shot at a party with 100+ people on the east side yet no one saw a thing, people get disgusted. When they see these murders night after night they start demanding change. Since politicians can’t go door to door saying, “Stop fucking and having kids you’re too damn stupid to raise”, they introduce laws like this to make it look they’re doing something.
In Bryon Brown’s case he sponsors a gun buyback program, something that has been proven time and time again to be ineffective at getting the guns that are killing people off the street. But it’s something, it looks good on the news showing all those “dangerous guns” stacked up all neatly. Never mind the fact that most of them came from law abiding citizens who just wanted a quick buck, or criminals who wanted money toward a better gun.
ahhh the illusion of representation.

if there was a law for everything that annoyed someone or about something that someone didnt like…

Truth, while rediculous sagging is kind of annoying, you know one thing leads to another. Telling people what they can wear won’t go over so well.
At the extreme end, wearing pants low enough to show boxers or bare buttocks in one small Louisiana town means six months in jail and a $500 fine.
wow

I have a pretty good idea after reading months of your posts.
AGREED. Some one needs to fucking parent in this trailer park country because the real parents are not doing shit. Free speach and free to let the assholes act like assholes and establish lower and lower standards for American society. Kids learn from what they see… and what do they see in Music and TV all day. These fucking low-lifes.
About time someone raises the standards here.
i thought baggy pants went out like 10 years ago.

Lets make everyone wear a uniform so there’s no distractions
And if the cops actually have time to enforce this law, thats pretty sad.
[quote=“Afrank45,post:17,topic:35525"”]
Fair enough point i can accept that somewhat, but you have to admit who the law is aimed at. The majority of “baggy pants wearers” are young african american males. Either way i just want a law to be passed that all emo/goth kids can be arrested/fined for dressing the way they do and i will feel it is really america trying to clean up its image instead of the way i currently feel.

+1. I am with you on this one. It’s all the “different” clothing styles or none.
