its not too bad, we are doing a modular home with a builder here. So its not a traditioanl stick build with overages etc. Everything is spelled out as far as cost goes in a planning stage.

Meh, I find that Taxes are much higher on comparable houses in West Seneca and Orchard park then they are in Lancaster.

how many sqft is the house going to be, 3k a year estimated in taxes is pretty cheap
my taxes are $5600 in east otto .ehhh… but good luck should be fun with a new house

the house is going to be ~ 1300-1350 Sqft
at a value of 150k looking at the town of lancaster OARS page for comparable homes, and then using the tax rates for 07-08 i come out to about
3600 per year with STAR

really?? are you not in the village ? maybe that is the difference. Some of the stuff I looked at was like the 5-6k annual range which is just slightly less than snyder which was 6-7k
