I thought the big deal was that they didn’t mandate the new air intake restrictions for the lmp2 cars to slow them down and differentiates them from lmp1. I remember it was sort of a big deal prior to the start of the year.
Wow. After that result, I don’t know what to think. The Porsche RS Spyder is definitely an awesome car, but has the ALMS gone too far in neuturing the TDI by taking away it’s fuel capacity? If they couldn’t win at Road America, I don’t think they will win another race this year.
