Altima pics

Since I haven’t seen any Altima pics, I thought I’d throw a few up that I took last weekend. In a few months, these will be considered “the BEFORE pictures”. :E

I’m not pro photographer, but I like this one enough to make the high-res version my current desktop.

Pimp car, hopefully you’ll have some competition soon :E

What are your plans for it?

Nice car.

I’ve got a whole other thread going trying to figure out what mods I can do that won’t void the warranty. (http://www.n-e-c-c.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=6540)

I’ll be starting with some cosmetics … blacking out the windows and putting some 19" rims on it. I know those are safe. But otherwise I’m not sure. As suggested in that thread, probably start with stiffening the car up … there’s plenty of power, but I might want to add some sway bars/suspension, beef up the brakes too. It’s never going to be a full-time track racer, but I’d still like to individualize it a bit.

Wicked, glad to see soemones interested in doing one up. If you go on car domain all you see is 20" chrome rims, air ride, ugly body kits, and TV’s all over the place.

:oops: Heheh … actually, I do like chrome rims for this car … there’s something about a black car with chrome rims that appeals to me. But nothing’s set yet. :wink:

Chrome rims are nice as long as they’re something that compliments the car

Chrome = Heavy… Don’t do it.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s the wheel fitment and ride height that bothers me, not the finish.

Boo YA!!

:vom: Ok, Thats just… ugh

I love the lines of those 3rd Gen altimas… then again i love all altimas (except the ricey ones)

Personaly i think it would look nice on some 18’s (not shiney finish) and newer blacked headlights, and of course blacked taillights… For looks anyway

The power of the VQ is very nice, and the Altima has great space, I may end up with one down the road. Nice car.

Wrong. You could get a TE-37 chrome plated and it would only add a few ounces of weight to it.

For the most part, most chrome wheels are heavy by design, not by chroming itself.
