that bumper is soooooooooooo sick how u can see the turbo
It was only a matter of time before that much power would finaly hit 8’s. Glad they finaly got the car to hook up correctly.
What now Buschur?!!!?!
These guys don’t run in any sort of series. Buschur hasn’t had any reason to run his car hard since they took the record last year. Now that AMS has beat them I’m sure it won’t be long before Buschur and AMS do their back and forth dance again. Buschur may take them out next weekend at the shootout. Every time I’ve seen these two cars run the Buschur car was dead consistant all day and the AMS car was all over the place. As much as Buschur rubs people the wrong way, if they’re a tenth slower but can run it all day long that impresses me a lot more.
I’m not on either side. It’s fun to watch them go at it. Thumbs up for going faster. 130 in the eighth is cookin!
I wish Curt Brown still had his Evo. After going 9.3 on a 35r without nitrous I don’t see why he couldn’t show the big shops up if he stepped his setup up a bit with a 42R and some other tweaks.

8.56 @ 168 now
on a related note, AMS has another “division” thats doing KA-T 240sx’s now, their “project car” s14 is running 9.15@157
I can’t ever complain watching a dsm/evo go that fast!

If they could hook correctly they would break more parts and into 7’s with ease that mph is crazy for the times.
Ivan’s(AMS) KA is super sick, it has been around for a couple years now, just not sponsered by AMS until more recent.
That evo is sick, but why so impressive when Shepperd Racing has had their DSM running those times for the past few years. last year he even went 7.701
