I need a shop (or multiple shops) to work on my car. I have these things to do:
repaint my bumper cover. There are scratches on it that look like they were done with a claw hammer.
I’m getting lowering springs…but I don’t have the tools to put them on.
so I need a place that paints factory GM colors, and a place that will install aftermarket springs (they are Intrax, if you wanted to know)
Thanks in advance for the help.
and I did a search on here, noticed AKA Ferrari has a body shop. What kind of price would I be looking at for the one piece?

aftermarket springs are really easy. all you need is a spring compressor and normal tools to remove the assembly.
I don’t have a spring compressor.

You don’t need one for most lowering springs.
you can rent a spring compressor from autozone
not even rent, they need a downpayment on a spring compressor, when you take it back, you get your money back, just make sure you get an alignment done after.

okay…how much does that cost?
it doesn’t cost a thing…
you front them some money…take the tool as long as you like i think…and when you return it, you get every penny back you gave to them…collateral
true…but typically, down payments are a % of the cost. even if the net difference of money in my wallet is the same, there is going to be a minimum amount of money required.
