after working at a ford dealer for a few years… and seeing all the cars / problems… the only ford i’d even remotely consider is a pickemup truck, atleast they seemed in/out of the service bays less frequently lol

I pulled my dash apart today… found out it was the HVAC fan switch… At least now I’ve got heat… it’ll take a day for the dealer to get the switch… It’s ghetto rigged right now… Short length of cable from ground on the switch to the #2 position… Sucker’ll be an icebox with the cold air blowing… but at least once it warms up in 5 min It’ll be warm…

I walked into work and everyone was like WTF…
YAY ford… another 50 bux I coulda spent on booze out the window.
eh, my dad has a 96 F-150 4.6 V6 (yeah, its a monster V6). But heam ohter than the occasional wear and tear, its great. Runs awsome. 130k miles and still runs really strong.
Oh and that problem I posted like last week was from the Air conditioning unit freezing up. it threw a bearing or something and made the serpentine (sp) belt system freez so it wouldnt turn over.
not my wife quite yet… But… she knew that I had to keep warm… Dont think she wanted any permanent shrinkage…
Even better was the look on everyone’s face when I went to “drop Trou” to take off my pj bottoms.
