The cost is $120, no deposit is needed. We are just organizing a group of people to join an existing funday hosted by the track. $5 for spectators.
Please note that other organizations can rent the entire day so the date may no longer become available.

The track itself is lager and faster than TMP. It is/was one of the fastest road courses. The turns are much larger a free flowing compared with TMP. The carousel is a banked turn (T7-T9). You will be in 4th gear a lot. It is a little bit easier on the brakes than TMP.
For a compairson of speed:
I ran TMP…1.8 miles @ 1:27.4x… 74.14 MPH
I ran Nelson…2.0 miles @ 1:23.0x… 86.75 MPH

The date will put it at a little more than a month away. If it is too close for some there are other opportunities to go, all the way up to the first week of Novemeber.
I only plan on going as instructor capacity unless someone rents/co-drives my car. But I will be there none the less to help, as I won’t be pissed off.
