If you want to figure out the times it’s 1/12*60 incrementally added to every hour past 12:00.

1/12*60 would be 5 minutes and it clearly isn’t 5 minutes…

There are 11 times it lines up. Its only 12 if you count a single intersection twice which is no good. 11 section lines makes 10 sections making 6 minutes apart.
