with the brought up topic of stupid people…i thought i’s start this thread
maybe some people on here can help me with my un answered questions.
why are there people that drive 25mph through the tunnels that create the traffic jams everyday when there is a sign right outside that says maintain speed through the tunnel.
why are there people that insist on riding in the passing lane when they aren’t passing anyone & then get pissed when you pass on the right?
why are there more handicap spots at the Babies-R-Us then “expecting mother” spots? and the handicap spots are closer? do they have presidence over the mothers at that store? & should handicap people be having kids? remember being fat or old is NOT a handicap.
why at the intersection of McKee & forbes (there are 2 lanes…left turning lane & one for going straight) how come people in the left lane “turning lane” go straight when there are people next to them on the right? where do they think those people on the right are going…you can’t turn right cause forbes is 1-way?
why do people who pull up to a gas station not know what side their gas tank is on? and then when they park with it on the other side…they just pull the hose over the car & put the nossel in upside down and give everybody the look like…“yeah i do it this way all the time”
why when your in an elevator going down and when it stops on the bottom floor and the door opens the people waiting try to get on before letting the people off?..they think we’re just in there for the ride??
why do people drive in the rain & fog without their lights on…they see everybody else with them on and i guess just ignore it.
also how come when somebody is drving at night with their lights off they don’t notice it…yeah there might be street lights to light up the road & make you not notice…but its got to be dark as shit inside the car with out the dash lights on (speedo, heater/AC controls etc…)
why do people press the elevator button over & over like it’s going to make it come sooner? and when there are people waiting and the button light is lit where someone already pressed it…and someone new walks up they see that and hve to press it again? whats that doing…making your reservation so the elevator know how many people to get & your guaranteed a spot?

uuuuuuggghhhhhh i hate this… i hate having to ride elevators all day long… but when people do that i get tremendously pissed… if you ever do that in oxford and see someone giving you the look of death, that’s me.

Deal with this daily, in Squirrl hill the tunnels remind them of the WWII ovens and they get scared.

More people who think they are owed somthing inlife. FUck Handicap spots unless you have a big conversan van and HAVE A PASSENGER that is unable to walk. This I 'm hadicaped but can drive BS is rediculous.

Deal with it daily again and its because people lack commom sense. Here is another tid bit to chew on, did you notice since PITT rasied their SAT requirements for acceptance taht the students have less and less common sense. Like LOOKING before crossing and not just walking out into the street looking behind you while you talk to your friends, Fucking stupid mother fuckers deserve to get hit and die.

fucking morons period, how about when there are at least 10 other elevaters that go to XX amount of floors and there is only ONE elevator that goes to your floor but everyone wants to use yours when its only leterally 3 steps from the other elevators.

yeah…real handicap people don’t drive…and the few cases that do don’t want to be treated differently…they want to be tread the same as eveybody else…90% of the people using those spots are abusing the system
exactly…we talk about this often…since i work here & do database programming and data/ststem anaylsis…i look @ student data all the time & it blows my mind how dumb(common sense) the freshman are getting
i could get a handicap parking tag cause i drive my grandma once a week to get food and take her shopping ! im like SWEEEEEEEEEET but i never did i just drop her off in front anyway… and the tunnels ugh im not going there those ppl are morons !!! i wonder though if they ever put video camera or radar in the tunnels to watch us speeders ? ohh well F em
hey it’s pouring rain today and everything is grey. to top that off there is a grey mist coming from spray on the grey road. i’ll just drive my grey volvo with no lights on!!! and i hate to say it but 9 times out of 10 this same asshole has a kerry sticker on their bumper :kekegay: no lights is my pet peeve, but PARKING lights drive me nuts. that says “i’ve reached my pinnacle of common sense and i can only figure out to turn on the useless dim parking lights not the bright headlights”… at least no lights you can guess maybe they forgot and will turn them on in a second or two
Why do people not pull up through the gas station to the furthest pump so that other people can use the pump behind them instead of having to drive around and backup to the pump?
why do people take that door guard trim stuff (silver, gold, etc…) and think its for trimming every edge of the car…not only do they go to high on the door ( what are they parking next to that they need that stuff way up by the window) but they also trim out the trunk (for what) the wheel wells, & also the fuel door?? are they banging the fuel door on something??
why do people still write checks at the store…its the 21st century, get a check card.
and then when they do, they wait till all the stuff is rung up and the cashier is waiting on them to fill out the check…“attention: do it while the stuff is being rung up”

you missed it…last week i started to go off on someone at the gym…benny & I had this young kid on out team…he’s good, just young & small. Some garbage guy on the other team kept trying to bully him and i told the kid to call his fouls cause the guy was fouling him. the guy started mouthing off saying he wasn’t fouling the kid…when at least twice that game i had fast breaks & he was riding me down the court…i started to go off on him & benny was like …“calm down”

about running into gas pumps, my dad had plenty of people run into his. some lady got her pedal stuck and decided she would turn into his building. A triaxle came down 885 and barreled into his pump. If you are out of control do not run into a gas pump.
that gets on my nerves too.
when i’m behind them & i’m with someone and they say to me whats taking them so long…i always say that they are trying to hack/program it.
actually someone did a study on SW PA drivers in tunnels. in penn dots wisdom they put the maintain speed signs up but what they didn’t realize is that the people slow down just before the tunnel so in actuallity they are maintaining speed. this phenomina(sp) is only in SW PA
