I am a Financial Recruiter and I am always looking for qualified candidates to work for call centre and back office/admin positions.

Requirements for Call Centre positions: (Location: Victoria Park/Steeles Ave E)
* Telephone banking, or Collection Officer position
o Unilingual - English only
o Bilingual - French and English
o Trilingual - Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
* Previous call centre experience, preferably financial related.
* Strong sales skills
* Must be available between the hours of 6am to 12:30 midnight.
* Salary: Starting at $15/hr + (depending on position)
* Usually a 1 year contract - can go perm depending on performance.
Requirements for Back Office/Admin positions: (Location: Bay/Bloor)
* Transfer Officer, New Accounts Officer, Corporate Actions Officer, Tax CSR, RSP/RRSP/RIF Administrator, Mutual Fund Administrator, Fund Accountant, Portfolio Account, Admin Assistant, Receptionist, EA (Executive Assistant)
* Previous experience doing back office roles at a financial institution required
* Data entry skills, strong accuracy, and attention to detail.
