Go to salvage yard and purchase leather seats that dont rip. Ford leather > GM, GM cloth > Ford. Other than that why wouldn’t ya have tried to fix that when it stated. Use some duct tape or cloth tape from a fabric store. Use some spray adhesive to try and hold the foam together. This is what happens when you wear stupid cell phone holsters or keep screw drivers in your pocket in case Slowmaro shows up.
Tear the rest of your seats that way they all look the same

Get in and out on the other side, dont look down when you are driving it… you will never know its there.
