Anybody know a good place to replace fork seals?

Well i sold my bike a few days ago and the new owner went to get it inspected and the shop said the fork seals were shot and therefore wont pass inspection. I didnt know this when i sold it (I have had other more experienced riders look at and ride this bike to and they have never said anything about it) and feel like a dick now. So im going to go 50/50 with the kid on fixing it.

Hamburg honda quoted 300

Freewheeling quoted 180

Anybody know another shop or even a private person that would be cheaper?

Bike is a 2001 Kawasaki Ninja ZX6R

Pretty simple to diy. Or pm Facebreaker on sportriders.org. He does good work and is usually pretty cheap.
