I have a 97 s10 reg cab and im looking to put a small sub in there. I need the seat all the way back cause im 6’3 and its a work truck with a bench seat. Anybody know of a 10in sub that will fit and wont break the bank since its a cheap truck?

I recognize I’m a bit late to the party, but figure I’d throw my 2 cents in just in case the OP is still looking, or in case anyone else stumbles onto the thread.
I just bought a Pioneer TS-SW2501S4. (Pioneer shallow mount sub link). I’m having it installed in my WRX hatch underneath the trunk floor in a custom enclosure that fits inside my spare (the spare stays in the car too). The sub has a 3" install depth which works for my situation. If I see any interest I’ll report back once the install is complete and let everyone know how I think it sounds.
My car came stock with one. It sounds good, has a nice thump without drowning out the rest of the dynamics.
