I need a fender rolled.
A fender? not all 4?
Elliot does fenders. he did mine pretty well. Slwrtnu on here
+1 on Elliot(slwrthnu)
yeah…one…shows you the build quality of GM…only one tire rubs.
I may have him do them all just to be safe.
pm 6spdeg
dont pjb still do them ?
elliot… slwrthnu /thread
I lost my baseball bat. I didnt see it in the shed the last time I looked for it.
Check the bed of your truck?
nope, not there either.
ya sure ,good thing ya got a tonou cover so silverado man dont load ya up like he did last yr
for real.
I swear that thing gives me a little better gas mileage too. Last winter I got 13.5 mpg or so and this winter I got 14-15 mpg.
i don’t use baseball bats lol.
99.999999999999% sure you get worse, i think the open bed makes a little air spiral low pressure thing which accelerates air over the roof better
+1 they did some test on mythbusters
Tailgate down was the worse. Tail gate off is better. I think the should test it again with no bed at all or a flat bed…
“Swrthnu” is the only one here interested in rolling your fenders. The fronts are not as easy to do cause the plastic inner fender secures to the fender lip. You may have to pull the little pins first and reinstall them after the job is done. When I had a GTP I only put wide tires on the front anyway. The front does nearly all the work on such a large front biased car. The 5.3L GXP comes from the factory with wider wheels up front than rear.
I check my mpg every tank and compared to last year with no cover Ive been getting better mpg.
i also do fender rolling through Gearhead.
slwwrthnu is nice with the fender rolling.
Ive seen Slwrthnu’s skills in person and hes awsome.
