After my motor swap I’m getting a CEL, a code 11.
I need a someone with access to a DRB that could help me out.

If the code 11 is because of too much difference from the original timing, you will need the DRB3 to do the relearn procedure.
This is also called the ‘cam/crank relearn’. The dealer has the ability to ‘reset’ the PCM to accept a ‘new’ TDC value.
I won’t be able to get my car inspected unless I take care of this.
