Anyone else had this issue with ebay?

I ordered hardpipes for the Z through ebay and sent the payment via paypal. The seller confirmed through email that I sent the payment and that he received it, but ebay doesn’t recognize that I have payed. The transaction shows as completed on my paypal account.

I’m still getting the “You committed to buy (Click ‘Pay Now’ to complete your purchase)” page when I click on the product. When I click on “pay now”, I get some bullshit page that says “It appears you have recently changed or deleted your address. Please contact the seller to provide your correct shipping address”. I just contacted ebay and I’m waiting to hear back but I’m wondering if any of you guys have had the same issue.

Did you send the money by actually using the ebay link or just directly through paypal to the person?

I used the link from ebay. Everything is verified with paypal too, I’m wondering why ebay hasn’t acknowledged it yet.

dont worry about it, its paid unless the seller contacts ebay saying you dident pay for it, it doesnt matter

Did the seller have a seperate checkout site?

I wouldn’t worry about it, you can still leave feedback and everything.

Yeah, the link transferred over to another checkout site and then to paypal. Could that be why ebay didn’t acknowledge the payment?

If you go to your MyEbay page, buyer section-to the very left of the item listings are icons. You can change the status through that to paid.
