The more practical car is the STi, IMO. AWD, seats 4 people comfortably, 4 doors, and can bust out a low 13. Handles about as good as a Corvette.
I just dont know where its modding potential is. I hear low 12’s high 11’s is where they stop, and get stupid expensive to make faster

Lamborghini does it all the time (11’s to 12’s).
BMW is going to do it with the M5/M6 (mid 12’s).
Ferrari did it with the Enzo, and the 575M (11’s and low 12’s).
Ford did it with the GT (mid 11’s)
