No hangover, didn’t even have a single margarita. I WAS going to pick up some El Campesino on the way home but when I called the dude was like “oh weeeeere tooo tooooo busy too busy, we are not doing that tonight, is that OK” I replied “Hell no it is NOT OK” and hung up. I mean…WTF it’s your friggin holiday you idiot, and wtf is the diff of putting an enchilada on a plate or in a box? None. And if you are TOO BUSY then you needed to plan ahead–so go and get 15 more mexicans in that kitchen and start cooking more shit…OK /rant Sorry I used to be in the restaurant business for over 15 years and that kind of lame friggin excuse gets me all riled up. I should have cussed him out in espanol, used to be very fluent when I was running the one out in L.A.
