They have all but the Franks. That you can have shipped. At least I can’t remember seeing it at the stores there.
It’s so ridiculous to not go somewhere just because of family. Unless your parents are sick and you’re moving down under (re: more than a 15 hour plane trip), it’s just going to hold your entire life back thinking about it that way. You can fly from any state to any state in a day’s time. Cost is an issue but c’mon, it’s just like any luxury thing, you budget and save up for it.
If Hawaii is a place you’ve been to and you loved it, then you’ll find a way through the higher cost of living. What I would do to have a beach to lay on every day and be able to DD a nice car or bike…
It’s like people moving to Buffalo. You could say “The spring is beautiful and the cost of living is relatively low… but the economy is way in the shitter and the winter makes you want to lobotomize yourself after killing everyone you know and blowing up your stupid snow covered car.”

Shipping 1 bike from a port in San Diego was about $700 last I checked. I can’t imagine what a car would be, and from Buffalo at that. It’s easy to find a car/bike there. I just rode the bus and had a bicycle. They have the best public transportation in the country, oddly enough.

L&L is def good, but I only ate there a few times. Blazing Steaks is my fav. God I miss that place. But it’s the one of a kind restaurants that I loved the most. Lulu’s…mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
