Long story short they come out and say there’s a problem with the lines and we’ll take care of it but never do. Happens at least once a we where we have no phones for our business and have to transfer to cell phones. Problem is we don’t know until a customer comes in and says something.

How many pots lines do you have
Is it new lines or do they piggyback vrz like I heard they do? Another guy is coming out tomorrow to take a look.

Not sure what pots line are but we have a regular line and a fax line
POTS line is a normal phone line

I can set you guys up with an eFax service. Verizon is awful and it is not good to rely on them esp for a major business need
Do efax and home phone connect from Verizon wireless. Unlimited talk/long distance for 25 a month. . Not sure pricing on efax
