Lowe’s is ending the program I get them through 
ebay may still be a good resource though.

I have been using cardpool.com to get lowes gift cards recently. They are 8.5% off, and most can be sent within 1 day and printed out. If you are purchasing stuff online, you can also check out this site: http://renovopower.com/lowes.html It generates coupons you can use online. I’ve done this a lot, using multiple orders that hit close to the dollar amount of the coupon requirement to maximize savings. Can use this with the gift cards above as well.
