Anyone here have experience with the iPhone?

Question…

Is the iPhone going to be available with Verizon soon?

no

wtf

not soon, but “eventually”

att has apples balls in a vice till at least next year if att doesnt extend the contract

i dont know ANYTHING about the contract but im gona be willing to assume that most of the big carriers like verizon and sprint are going to be offering some wicked contracts in competition to att

and depending on contract details with ATT’s current contract they might not be able to renew… or atleast not so easily

ATT signed a 5yr deal with apple with the iPhone. They aren’t even in their 3rd year if i remember correctly.

the only experience i haz gotz with it is the pornz. soory i’z no halp’s lol

ahhhh alright, well then in that case… lol

Well, I switched. I did not end up going with the iPhone. In fact I switched carriers all together. I got the new Blackberry Storm from Verizon. The monthly cost is the same but I get more in terms of usage. Also, I got another one for free that I gave to my g/f as a present. Not to mention I can actually insure this phone, unlike the iPhone. Either way, so far I am very happy with it.

Quite the turnaround, especially considering the positive review for the iP.

In which ways do you get more in terms of usage?

How are you liking the design? I couldn’t get over the fact that the screen clicks and moves (not in a positive way).

As far as usage goes, my plan is $150/month for unlimited everything with Verizon and this phone. For that same price with the iphone, I got unlimited call/data but only 200 text. Not to mention where I live, At&t can be sketchy as far as coverage goes.

I like the SmartTouch technology. The fact that you actually push the screen IMO makes it a little more accurate than the iPhone. It will highlight what you want to push before you click it making for a more accurate choice. The phone also seems much much faster than the iPhone I tested.

Overall I am very happy with it so far. Although I liked the iPhone, in comparision I think I got a better deal with things like being able to insure it, having unlimited text, etc.
