my mom ran Damon’s on McKnight for years… I’ll try calling her
EDIT:
bake on a pan (cookie sheet) of water wrapped in foil for 2.5 hours @ 350F
(by this i mean wrap the pan AFTER putting the ribs on it)
dip in sauce
put in broiler for 5 minutes to carmelize
boil them with onions 1/2 way cooked then grill - glazed with bbq sauce till done
yep, boil till almost done then glaze and grill.
