I recently bought a new car and need to get it registered. In the past I went through a messenger service that had a website and would let me send the title, proof of insurance, etc. along with a limited power of attorney and the fees and they would register it for me and send me the plate. I can’t remember who that was, and I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me. I will be out in Pittsburgh at the beginning of next month, but would rather get this done now if I could because my temporary tags expire 30 April.
