I still don’t see how that can possibly work from a scientific standpoint. The fan is not powered by anything, it can only make things worse. It’ll make airflow ridiculously worse at lower rpms while it’s getting started, slightly worse once it’s already going, and MUCH worse when it tops out at higher rpms and it’s impeding flow like crazy.
Their dyno tests were prolly something like this:
Test with the Tornado installed, open hood, nice cold environment.
Test without the Tornado, closed hood, after car has been revved half to death and the engine bay temperature is off the charts.
