Looking for something nice, doesn’t have to be huge though. Would prefer a place that allows pets (ie: cat or dog) and is ~ $700/month after utilities.

Look in North Buffalo, it’s quiet and nice, and real close to amherst. I pay $625, gotta pay heat and electric though, for a 3 bedroom that is really nice and big. We have one off street parking spot, laundry hook ups, a garage, and a big basement.
You could definitely find a 1 bedroom for much cheaper, plus the utilities would be less too.
